NACEDA Webinars

Federal Resources for Creative Community Development

Are you looking for funding to support creative placemaking and equitable development? This free webinar will show you how to use the new Creative Placemaking Public Resources Guide to access federal grant programs relevant to equitable community development and the arts. The webinar will provide application tips and an opportunity to hear from placemaking practitioners who have successfully tapped into public funds. The webinar and guide show how federal funding programs common to community developers — such as LIHTC, Rural Community Development Initiative, and dozens of other HUD, USDA, and Treasury programs — can incorporate creative and artistic strategies that advance equity. NACEDA hosted this webinar as part of our partnership with the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies and Metris Arts Consulting.
